1.1 Standard & Extended Warranty

1.1.1. The standard manufacturer warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

1.1.2. Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty is a dealer-backed warranty provided exclusively by Patriot Bikes Ltd and is separate from any manufacturer warranty.

1.1.3. The Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty provides labour cover for eligible warranty repairs carried out exclusively by Patriot Bikes Ltd for a period of up to 60 months from the original date of purchase.

1.1.4. As a condition of cover, all servicing, maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, warranty assessments and warranty repairs must be carried out exclusively by Patriot Bikes Ltd.

1.1.5. Vehicles covered under the Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty must be returned to Patriot Bikes Ltd for every scheduled service in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

1.1.6. Failure to have any scheduled service completed by Patriot Bikes Ltd will immediately terminate the Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty.

1.1.7. Servicing, repairs, diagnostics, inspections, modifications or warranty work carried out by any third party, including motorcycle dealers, workshops, mechanics or repair centres, will immediately void the Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty.

1.1.8. Where the Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty is voided, only the remaining manufacturer warranty (if applicable) will remain subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

1.1.9. The customer is solely responsible for all transportation, recovery, collection, delivery and shipping costs associated with servicing, maintenance, inspections and warranty claims.

1.1.10. Patriot Bikes Ltd does not provide free collection, transport, recovery, delivery, courtesy vehicles, loss of earnings compensation, accommodation costs, loss of use compensation or any consequential loss payments under the Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty.

1.1.11. Patriot Bikes Ltd reserves the right to inspect service records, maintenance records and vehicle condition before approving any warranty claim.

1.1.12. Any missed service, overdue service, incomplete service history, evidence of neglect, abuse, misuse, accident damage, water damage, unauthorised modification or failure to follow manufacturer maintenance requirements will immediately void the Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty.

1.1.13. The Patriot Bikes Protect 60-Month Extended Warranty is non-transferable unless approved in writing by Patriot Bikes Ltd. A safety inspection fee, administration fee and any required repairs must be paid before a transfer can be approved.

1.2 Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

Warranty covers defective manufacturer components only.

Tyres
Tubes
Bearings
Seals
Chains
Sprockets
Brake pads
Brake discs
Bulbs
Plastics
Fairings
Cables
Service items
Consumable components
Cosmetic damage
Accident damage
Water ingress caused by misuse
Crash damage
Competition use
Commercial use
Abuse or neglect

1.3 Labour Cover

1.3.1. Labour cover under Patriot Bikes Protect applies only where the fault is accepted as a valid warranty claim.

1.3.2. Patriot Bikes Ltd reserves the right to charge a diagnostic fee where no warranty fault is found.

1.3.3. If inspection determines the fault is not covered by warranty, all labour, diagnostic, parts, collection, transportation and storage charges become payable by the customer.

1.3.4. Any replacement parts supplied under warranty remain covered only for the balance of the original warranty period.

1.4 Storage Charges

Vehicles left with Patriot Bikes Ltd for servicing, inspection, repair or warranty work must be collected promptly following notification.

Any vehicle left uncollected for more than 30 days may incur storage charges at a rate determined by Patriot Bikes Ltd.

Patriot Bikes Ltd reserves the right to recover all reasonable storage, administration and recovery costs associated with delayed collection.
