No. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and reserve a vehicle for a maximum period of 30 days.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, vehicle details and a description of the issue. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Do you provide collection for warranty claims?

No. Customers are responsible for returning vehicles to Patriot Bikes Ltd for inspection, diagnosis and warranty assessment.

Can I book a service?

Yes. Please contact our team to arrange servicing, maintenance, repairs or warranty inspections.

Do you offer finance?

Finance options may be available on selected products subject to status and lender approval.
