From time to time, Patriot Bikes Ltd may offer free delivery promotions on selected products, order values or locations. Any such promotions will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Delivery availability may vary depending on product type, stock location and delivery postcode.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 11:00am on a working day will usually be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00am will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Motorcycle, Electric Bike & Scooter Deliveries

Motorcycle, electric bike and scooter delivery dates are estimates only.

All vehicles require pre-delivery inspection, preparation, quality checks and, where applicable, registration prior to dispatch.

Customers will normally be contacted within 72 hours of placing an order to confirm an estimated delivery date via telephone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Whilst we aim to complete deliveries as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, registration requirements, accessories ordered, seasonal demand, courier availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these delivery arrangements.

Delivery Delays

Patriot Bikes Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies.
  • Registration authorities.
  • Supply chain disruptions.
  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • Industrial action.
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Failed Deliveries

Where a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to be available or failure to respond to delivery arrangements, Patriot Bikes Ltd reserves the right to recover any costs incurred before redelivery is arranged.

Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon full payment.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Customers should inspect all goods upon delivery and notify Patriot Bikes Ltd as soon as reasonably possible if there are any shortages, damage or delivery discrepancies.

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.
